Ordered a SIM but not heard since

Hi there!

I ordered one SIM only package last week however I have not received any update on the matter since.

They sent me an email stating that due to some minor technical problem they had to check a few things and then would have got back to me in the next 24 hours. Still no sign of them.

What should I do about this?

Hi minivip,

 

 This "technical glitch" affects many new customers.

I would recommend calling Virgin customer services on 789 (free) from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.
0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about your order.

Or if you are prepared to wait this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on here.
