Ordered a Mobile, Technical Glitch

On Monday the 11th I ordered a virgin mobile on contract as a first time customer. In the conformation email, there was a note which stated "Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order". I have yet to be contacted and would like to view my order to make sure it's still going through. I cannot do this on the website however since it is not allowing me to log in

If you are a first time customer I would suggest ringing on 0345 6000 798. If anyone has a Virgin phone you can call just 789
