Ordered SIM not received, my account shows delivered though

I took out a SIM only contract on the 17th??

My account says the SIM card was delivered on the 18th.. but I have NOT received the SIM card in the post. Smiley Sad

My account says the DirectDebit is setup? but where are the goods!?

Further more I am now highly disappointed that there is not even an email address for me to contact virgin to help me with this issue!

This is a little ridiculous. What kind of company doesn't have an email contact address?

If I don't receive my sim card soon I shall be speaking to the bank and cancelling my direct debit with virgin.

Hi gazzy1,

 

I'm afraid that Virgin Mobile no longer have an email address.

As your problem is account specific (and rather urgent given the time elapsed) I would want to speak to someone anyway.

You can call Virgin mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your sim card. As Alex mentioned, to get this sorted please give us a call on 0345 6000 789 or 789 from any Virgin Mobile. The team will be able to locate the sim card.

hi.. lady on the phone says a new sim card will be sent to me by tomorrow. fingers crossed.

Although,.. I am wondering about my payment, as technically, haven't I paid for last month even though I've not been able to use it?
