I orderd a phone and tariff on a monthly contract on the 16/07/2016 and they stated in the email my order summary but that they have a technical glitch but stated they would contact me in 24 hours to complete the order. I have not received any contact since is this normal?
This is likely to be a generic e-mail. they will probable offer you a 30 day sim before they supply a phone. You know the saying " if a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is". Virgin media, not "exactly best of British".
