Order not progressing.

On Sunday, I ordered a new iPhone on contract and got the three emails, however the first email said there was a slight technical glitch on their end and that would be a slight delay in processing my order but they would be back in touch within 24 hours. It's now been 48 without anything back and whenever I log into my mobile account to view my status or overview it says "oops, something's gone wrong! Please try again in a few moments."

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

My only advice would be to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can help on the status of your order.
