I ordered a phone on march 20th, and got 3 emails one at the bottom of it stating that
Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours
I thought to give it a week. but gave it a bit extra. no one has been in touch about the subject,
unfortunately this is a very common subject here on the forum, Virgin's "technical glitch"
I can only suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one
Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can tell you anything about your order.
