Oops something went wrong.

I recently signed up for Virgin media, and also placed an order for a contract mobile. I got an email confirming everything, however it said that something went wrong and I will be contacted within 24 hours and I wasn't. Ontop of that when I try to login it will always say oops something went wrong. Please help I only want a mobile.

Are you able to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get to the bottom of what's happened.
