I ordered a 16GB, Rose Gold Iphone on saturday, everything seemed to go smoothly and the order went through. I recieved an email a short while later which said there was a technical fault on VM's end and they'd get in contact within 24 hours, its almost been said 24 and there's been no contact so i'm a little worried whether the order has actually gone through or not.
Whenever I log into the VM website, it just says 'Oops, something's gone wrong' followed by a short message saying to please try again in a few moments so i'm pretty confused haha.
I would ring up however I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and social phobia which prevents me from initiating telephone calls
