Oops, something's gone wrong

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help with this!

I ordered a 16GB, Rose Gold Iphone on saturday, everything seemed to go smoothly and the order went through. I recieved an email a short while later which said there was a technical fault on VM's end and they'd get in contact within 24 hours, its almost been said 24 and there's been no contact so i'm a little worried whether the order has actually gone through or not.

Whenever I log into the VM website, it just says 'Oops, something's gone wrong' followed by a short message saying to please try again in a few moments so i'm pretty confused haha.

I would ring up however I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and social phobia which prevents me from initiating telephone calls Smiley Sad

Please help!

This "technical glitch" has been affecting new customers for six months now Smiley Frustrated

Your best option would be to call 789 / 03456000789 and ask about your order.

As you're unable to do this I'm afraid that it'll mean waiting and hoping for one of the Virgin team to respond to this post.

That could take a couple of days Smiley Sad

I might give it until tomorrow and if I don't hear anything i'll get my care coordinator to help me make a phone call to sort this out Smiley Happy
A dissapointing start to a contract with VM haha!

Welcome to the club. Now nearly established for six months.

Get someone to Ring 789 if you have a Virgin Phone, 150 and select mobile if you have a Virgin landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Alternatively wait awhile and see if it gets picked up by the team on here.

Wow, thats absolutely shocking! Have you tried ringing them about it yourself?
I dont think i'd have the patience to wait six months, i'd end up going with another company unfortunately Smiley Sad

I'll wait until tomorrow and if I dont hear back i'll get my care coordinator to help me with the phonecall!
