Ok! So I ordered a mobile and a tablet online. I even talked to a support lady named Emma as I was filling in the form and all. Really nice lady btw. Got 3 mail: 1, Please confirm your log in adress 2, Welcome to your account and 3, Next stepp in your order.
In the last mail it say: "Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order." Someone at Vrigen need to learn how long 24hours is. Its been 3 days now
If this how Virgin treat new Customers, I dont want to know how long time customers is treated.
Give me one reason to wait for this phone and tablet.
And NO i will not call anyone at Virgin! You call me!!!!!

Anders, this forum does not generate calls to you, the Virgin Call centre is inbound not out bound, if you don't call then, then call phone will be silent and you will get more and more frustrated with them, do yourself a favour and call them
