for all of you who place an order online and get a technical glitch email. I regret to inform you that you wont be getting your order, i have just got off the phone with virgin. Passed from pillar to post for the last 32 minutes. I ordered an iphone se on tuesday, got a technical glitch email and have been trying to get hold of them ever since. Finally got through and was informed although i have passed the credit rating (999 by the way) it wasn't enough to take out a contract, so was offered a £5 a month sim instead, naturally i pointed out tnat my credit record is nigh on perfect. And told them i didnt want a sim. So was hung up on, so if you get an email saying technical glitch, then its virgins way of saying NO. try ee or vodafone. I passed straight away.
