Online contract

Hey,

I had an e-mail about a day and a half ago, saying that you would be in touch within 24 hours due to a technical difficulty on your end, I really am eager to get my contract up and running before Christmas and was wondering if I should just wait for Virgin to message me back on email or what I should do?
