Online account......or not....

Have tried to log into my online mobile account, have tried various passwords but cannot get in, so I thought I would reset my password, trouble is it did not recognise my email address. So I thought I would use the option of "forgot email and password"' put mobile number, surname and postcode in, and guess what........nothing happened !

 

i have not got the patience to phone up and go through endless menus and speak to a VM rep, who will not give me any help.

 

any one can assist ????

I just had a few problems logging in, may be a glitch in the system. I got there eventually. Presume you have cookies enabled ?

Tried to create a new account, but the link just goes to the old log page that I cannot get passed, cookes enabled.

I seemed to keep getting directed to the Virgin Media log in when I wanted Virgin Mobile. It's all confusing, coupled with separate log in for the forum. No wonder I don't come here much.

Hi, didn't work, but then I cleared my website and data history and I was able to log onto my account.
