On Holiday

 

Hello all,  both me a my partner have switch to virgin mobile this year, we have gone away on a last minute holiday,  and both can not use our mobiles I didn't make up an account,  but just downloaded the app! Whats our options now to get us up and running? Both pay monthly and have wifi, many thanks Daz

If you are on a monthly contract you need to have international roaming enabled on your account  by the Virgin team. If you can access another phone that works (borrow a friend's) then call +447953967967 to get then to turn on your roaming settings.

Hi thanks for your help, I rung Virgin of a pay phone, within the hour I was all up and running ;-)

As you are abroad and have wifi I would suggest your visit your account Turn Roaming on and International Call barring off.

Give it a while then reboot your phone and do a manual network search
