I forget how exactly it happened, but when I upgraded from one mobile account to another I had a pay as you go account, then reverted back to my pay monthly account so I could keep the number, I think.
Anyway, I never used the pay as you go account, so why oh why does it still show in my Virgin Media Mobile account ?
@ worried might be too strong a word JOhn, concerned perhaps would cover it. Concerned that Virgin was quick enough and able enough put it onto my account but are inept enough to not remove it immediately it was canceled. It shows a degree of disregard for the people paying their wages I think.....but nothing to overly worry about. I shall carry on regardless, no worries as they say.
