I have a paid subscription to Office 365. My Lumia 640 is has an option under the Microsoft Office app to set this up on the phone. But every time I type in the 365 account ID and password I get the response "Something's wrong. We encountered a problem and couldn't complete this task." I see lots of very angry people on the Microsoft help site complaining about the same thing, and all being studiously ignored. Obviously this is a Microsoft blunder which Virgin can't resolve, but just in case I'm asking if anyone here has found a way around this ?
