I signed my mother up for a pay monthly sim card. She obtained her PAC code from Orange and gave this to your customer service team, was given a date for the port for the start of this week.
The port did not happen, and as of yesterday her old number is now unusable giving an engaged tone. 24 hours it is still the same, and she is being fobbed off.
Please can someone contact me to escalate this matter.

The numbers for Virgin Customer services are 789 from a Virgin Phone, 0345 6000 789 from any other. If you have a Virgin Media landline 150 free of charge.
Virgin do seem to have a problem porting numbers from time to time. Usually sorts itself out but inconvenient to say the least.
