I'm on a monthly contract which has been running for over a year and isn't due to expire until late next year. I use my phone every day.
This morning I received a text from Virgin Media as follows - "Hello? Anyone there? This Virgin Mobile phone number hasn't been used for 365 days. Just so you know, if it's not used in the next 15 days, it may be cancelled." I called VM help and they said ignore it.

I'm sure this is nothing to worry about. I'd like to make sure that there's nothing stating this on your account. Are you able to PM me your full name, mobile number and 3 characters of your password so I can look into this for you?
