I requested a number port from Orange to Virgin on 4th August. 12 days later & it still hasn't completed. Customer Services just keep saying 3-5 days but the old number, MY number is now unavailable (busy tone) & has been since 5th August. All Virgin do is blame EE but I've no idea if my port will be progressed or has failed for some reason. Nobody at Virgin seems interested. Anyone from Virgin care to comment???
