Come on guys! It's been many months since it was released, a few months since Samsung adapted it for their phones and since then, as far as anyone is aware, you've been "testing" it since. This is frankly embarrassing.
Since the timely release is out of the question, can someone actually working on it communicate with your customers and tell us when it's likely to be ready for rollout, and what's the hold up? I'm sure many of us would agree that we're past being fobbed off with "We'll let you know soon", you're providing an inferior service in comparison to your competitors for the sole reason of slow update schedules. It's such an easy fix that by not doing it you just look silly!
