Note 4 issues or V Mobile ?

Ok so for the past 3 months or so my phone is giving me abit of a head ache in terms of the  signal dropping and the network not connecting in terms of making calls

I could use it fine then 10 minutes later im seeing no signal symbol in the top of my phones quick menu bar which then requires a phone reboot to get signal back also the making calls is becoming a neuisance as i use this phone for work related purproses sometimes it takes 10 attempts to make a call

something needs sorting before i request a contract cancellation without penalty as VM are not providing me a stable and reliable service but still taking £35 a month out of my bank Cat Mad

Is this happening in one location or is it a general fault everwhere?

Put your post code in here and see if there is an ongoing fault with the network http://ee.co.uk/ee-and-me/network/4gee/network-status-checker

There are a number of things it could be, and it is the case of a process of elimination

Not sure you can cancel under the present rules if it is after 14 days from the start of your contract.

OK, need to see if it is a problem with the phone or the SIM.

Can you put your SIM in another phone or try another SIM in yours?
