I don't think I have registered my account properly online yet, and me and my partner are in Cyprus both unable to use our phones. Is there any way anyone can help to activate the account online without the SMS bit. As obviously we cannot receive that. So I can log on and alter what is needed to use our phones abroad.
are you able to borrow a phone / use a pay-phone to call Virgin Mobile and have them set up your account for roaming. (Pay Monthly users need to have been with Virgin Mobile for three months or a deposit may be required). Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967

I rang to explain situation on the number given above. They said they had activated roaming and to allow 24 hours and turn phone off and on. This was 3 days ago now. I'll be back on Saturday night so ain't too bothered now really
