Not registered to a network!

My daughter's phone/sim is not working. It's not working for incoming or outgoing calls it says it's not registered to a network when she tries to use it. It hasn't been working for several days. She sometimes receives text messages but they are delayed. Both our contracts were taken out at the same time, mine is working not hers. Help please?

Have you tried to do a manual network search on the handset to see if it picks up Virgin?

Hi,

My new Galaxy S7 edge is not registering on network. 

I have only just bought this phone and when putting my Virgin sim card in, initially it seems ok, but cannot make any phone calls. And shortly it say "not registered on network".

This phone was originally supplied by EE, but it is not locked by the looks of it.

I have done factory reset, soft is up to date, it is not letting me select network manually either.

Can you help?

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having using this phone.

Have you used the SIM okay in a different handset?

When you say it was 'originally supplied by EE', do you know the history of this handset?

Where did you purchase it?

Have you contacted EE to confirm it's unlocked?
