My phone states that it is not registered on the network when it is.I have tried taking yhe battery out as suggested,but this has not worked.Can you help

I'm very sorry to hear your phone is showing as not registered on our network. I appreciate this is frustrating as you need it working as soon as possible.

As oldgit has asked, is this a new phone or SIM card?
Have you tried to manually select a network?
If you continue to have problems please contact us on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
