Not recieving my monthly call bundle text

I have stopped receiving my monthly package confirmation text, been  on to  customer service and my local  VM shop  but no joy any ideas?

Did you know you can manage your monthly package through the My Account app? This will give you more control over your package.

Did you actually read the title of the post?
As for your app VM do not have an Account App for a Windows Phone!

Thanks for coming back with your concerns.

 

I am sorry we are unable to support Windows phone's with the My Account app. You never specified a handset in the post, I was only trying to make a helpful suggestion for yourself.

 

You mentioned you've made no progress with customer service's and also the local VM store, can I ask what the outcome's were?

Both in the store (i  saw it with my own eyes) and via phone customer service, both indicated that this option was set up  to  provide me with this monthly update. My other mobile number receives these updates so  stuggle to understand why this is not possible for my number.
