Not receiving text message recently switched

Hi

Recently transferred my number over from my previous network using my pac code provided. After receiving the confirmation text this morning to say it was successful I now can send text messages but cannot receive any. Please Help!!!!

I'm afraid that it's just a matter being patient and waiting.

well why would I get a text from yourselves saying "that is your old number transferred to your new one and you can get stuck in"

My virgin app had updated with my old number at 8:30am but then 2 hours went back the virgin mobile number and now coming up error on the app.

Does not make sense!

Seems these things go through in bits with Virgin. We had similar on here the other day. Took 24 hours in the end.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving text messages. I want to get this all sorted for you.

 

If you still can't receive messages 24 hours after porting, please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 as we may need to check the number routing with EE. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
