Not received free tablet

I have been with Virgin mobile for quite a while now and the service has been fine.

I had a call a couple of weeks ago to ask to start another 2 year contract and chose my 2 new phones,(one for me one for my partner) I picked the Samsung S6 and Samsung S5. The person I was speaking too told me the S6 came with a free tablet which I wasn't bothered about but as it was free so fine.

I have had my phones for 2 weeks now but no sign of tablet, has he miss led me or has he made a mistake and that deal is for a S7.

Any ideas before I make a fool of myself and try to complain to Virgin.

tried phoning yesterday but big queues and message said if not urgent phone later.

phoned again today and they are suffering technical difficulties and asked to call back after midday which is a problem as i work midday until 10.00 pm
