I have been with Virgin mobile for quite a while now and the service has been fine.
I had a call a couple of weeks ago to ask to start another 2 year contract and chose my 2 new phones,(one for me one for my partner) I picked the Samsung S6 and Samsung S5. The person I was speaking too told me the S6 came with a free tablet which I wasn't bothered about but as it was free so fine.
I have had my phones for 2 weeks now but no sign of tablet, has he miss led me or has he made a mistake and that deal is for a S7.
Any ideas before I make a fool of myself and try to complain to Virgin.
