Not had the 3 emails to sign my new contract

I applied for mobile, registered my email for it, verified my email address, had email today remind me sign my contract online but I not had the 3 emails I need to sign.

Tried sign in to Virgin Media I can't access it yet still. says

We’re sorry that you're unable to log in to Your Account at the moment.

If you've recently ordered a new Virgin Mobile phone or SIM and can’t log in to Your Account, please try again soon once we’ve verified your details. If you're already registered and can’t access Your Account, please call us on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone or 0345 6000 789* from any other phone for more information.
*Please note standard charges apply, please check with your network operator for rates.

The last email says I have 24 hours sign my contract so I really need those emails.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I deeply apologise for not receiving the contract emails. I understand these are vitally important to finish setting up the account.


I see your post is more than 24 hours old. Could you please answer the following questions:-

 

What is the latest with this?

Did you get the emails through in the end?

Did you call the team like the message stated?

Was contacted by virgin, they put the order back through and recieved emails, am waiting new phone tommorow.
