I recently upgraded my contract to 4G but, following the refresh date, I am not getting a 4G signal.
I have swapped SIMS with another 4G SIM and this works fine, so I know the handset is ok (LG Nexus 5X).
I have seen from this forum that this problem is not unique, and requires someone to contact EE to push a network refresh. Can someone from VM do this for me please?

Following a trip to the VM shop in Solihull (they insist they can't do anything) and 3 phone calls to 789 I still have no 4G signal.
Everytime I speak to 789 I'm told that they'll reset this and that, and send me setup info in a text message which never comes.
I noticed logging on to my account that a network upgrade means that I require a new SIM - I've requested this in the hope that this will fix the issue. We'll see...
Very poor from VM who sold me a 4G service but now can't deliver it.
I received a new SIM and, when I finally got it working, it was 4G. Case closed.
