Not able to make calls - engaged tone

Unable to make calls - keep getting engaged tone. Tried several numbers. Using iPhone 6. Also I have no voicemail but Virgin have checked it is set up - might be under settings on my phone, but cannot work it out? (Worked fine with my previous iPhone 4s but never with my iPhone 6 which I have had since start of december

Is it just phone calls?

are you able to send and receive SMS?

I have just had an update about this. This is more than likely NOT just you. Some other customers have reported issues too.

The Virgin team are working as hard as they can to resolve this.

same issue here.. but oddly only to landlines

tried calling our own home phone ( which tested and is working ) from both mine and my wifes mobile and beeps twice then goes off, and also same when calling in laws ( who are in somerset, we are in Croydon ) and exact same issue. so can only assume its a network issue and not localized

A few people have reported this issue to various networks and landlines also.

Im sorry for any inconvenience caused , The Virgin team are working on this as we speak
