I'm sorry that certain things aren't to your liking. Promotional data, minutes , and mesaages are goodwill credits or special promotions.
The main website account page will have all the basic information your mum needs. The filters are for anyone who needs to narrow a specific issue.
Let me know if you have any other queries.
The iOS App is supposed to be a quick snapshot of my account status, I do not want see lines of information on there which say zero minutes/texts/data. I am never likely to have any promotional minutes/text/data. Never have before why would I get them now?
