Not Impressed With Website Update!

Just managed to log back in and what a mess it looks! 

Rather than having three neat bars on my iOS app i.e. Voice calls, Texts and Data,

I now have 3 extra bars reading zero allowance for promotional voice minutes,

promontional texts and promotional data, dunno what the heck that's all about!

On the main web site where you look at recent usage there is no less than 62

filters!!! How the heck you are supposed to select the right filter for what

your looking for God only knows! It takes half hour to read through all the filter

options. It's going to confuse the hell out of my 70 odd year old Mum.

It's gone from neat and simple to messy and complicated!

 

Just my opinion!

Thanks for your feedback on the accounts.

 

I'm sorry that certain things aren't to your liking. Promotional data, minutes , and mesaages are goodwill credits or special promotions.

 

The main website account page will have all the basic information your mum needs. The filters are for anyone who needs to narrow a specific issue.

The iOS App is supposed to be a quick snapshot of my account status, I do not want see lines of information on there which say zero minutes/texts/data. I am never likely to have any promotional minutes/text/data. Never have before why would I get them now?

If they must be listed on the App at least put them at the bottom! At the Moment my App on iOS lists in this order, 

 

Promotional minutes Zero

Inclusive texts ****

Promotional texts Zero

Inclusive minutes ****

Inclusive mobile data ****

Promotional mobile data zero

The online accounts are still very unreliable. Unless they get them fixed i am considering leaving.
