No tariff change

I requested a tariff change last month because I keep using up my data lately, so wanted more. For some reason it didn't happen, and now it's going to cost me three times as much to buy an add on than if the tarrif had been updated...! Really annoyed!!

Yes, a second phone call to customer services found someone who actually understood what I was saying, and was able to rectify the problem, plus goodwill me some data in the meantime for this month.
