I ordered a sim from virgin mobile. Told it would arrive Saturday and given a yodel tracking number which didn't work. No sim has arrived.
Also can't log in to virgin mobile.

Have e-mailed but all I have received is notification of when I will be billed !

Often they say Yodel and give you a tracking number but actually send them out Royal Mail, so watch your post.

Create an account and you can do it from there
Or you can ring them on 0345 6000 789 from any phone and ask them to activate the sim for you. Have the SIM handy as they may ask you to read off the number printed on it.
Sorry to hear about the delay to your SIM card arriving, but I'm glad you've got it safe and sound now.
