Christ what a nightmare

Ordered sim card from virgin mobile, setup direct debit. Not received anything

I'm sorry that you haven't received your SIM Card. The delivery can take up to 7 working days. Have you received your SIM card yet?

If you are still having an issue with this, please send a private message to me with your name and mobile number, so that I can look into this further for you.
