Will be following this. I too have received a phone bill yet not my sim card yet. I have also received an email asking me to complete a survey about my move to Virgin.

It seems Virgin are having problems getting SIM cards out in a reasonable time frame as there have been multiple posts regarding this.
received today so all is well.
I ordered a sim card on 11th april and still no sign of it called help line and they said it should come after the bank holliday, still no sign of it
any ideas anyone
