I have ordered a sim card on pay monthly and received my first bill but not got the sim card! I can't phone them as I'm waiting for the sim card, is there another way to contact Virgin?

I believe it can take up to 5 working days for a new SIM to arrive.
I also understand that it's usual to be billed within the early days of your contract as this is to cover the month ahead.
If you can use another phone you can contact Virgin customer services on 0345 6000 789.
Alternatively you may be able to use the web chat option to speak to an advisor starting from here: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile billing and payments > Chat online.
The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
