No signal

Hi, I have had no mobile signal for the past 2 days, the postcode Is B80 7LR. The signal is usually very poor anyway, is there an issue? Can something be done to boost the signal in this area?

Hey AndyBro, 

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for taking the time to post.

 

I have had a look into your area, I can see that for that postcode that this is a moderate signal area, which means that you most likely won’t have signal indoors and varied signal outside. This looks like it due to the fact a mast is due to be soft optimised, which just basically means updated. 

 

This is normally done within 30 days, has your issue currently been longer than 30 days?

Hi Kelly, the signal improved yesterday, (one bar instead of none). I have asked about this issue before via landline but it has never been resolved.
