No signal

signal has been dropping for me and my partner since about 4pm today . i wouldnt mind if this was a one off but it is happening more and more frequently . the postcode area is nr3 2qb . anyone know of any issues in this area ?

Hi Bryn70,

according to the Mobile Coverage Checker you have excellent 2G & 3G signal.

There may be a local area fault which is hopefully being attended to.

If you want to check on this you need to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone..

I know that according to the signal checker that it should be strong here but yet again we both lost signal this morning for about an hour . There must be another reason for this area

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy I want to get to the bottom of the signal issues for you.

 

I've run some checks on my side and I can see there's been a fault on a local mast in the past 3 days.


This should now be resolved for you.
