No signal

Once again I can only make emergency calls, is there a way I can find out if the local Nast is down?

this has been like thus all week, indoors and out.

Hi su123,

you could call Virgin mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789 from another phone. Tell them of your problem & ask if it is due to an area fault.

Hopefully you'll be up & running again very shortly.
