Hey, we have had Virgin Mobile service for over a year now and never had any problems. Now for the past 2 days we have had no signal at home. We called CS today and they didn't know what the issue was, asked us to switch our phones off then on, take out the sim card and manually search for the Virgin network, but nothing worked. We have since found out that 2 of our neighbours also have no service...surely there is a fault with the nearest mast? Very frustrating considering there has never been any issue before.
