signal down most of the time on Virgin mobile-have rung several times-keep saying it's the sim with no offer of help to sort it out.
fed up as I have an unusable contract phone which I'm paying for and it's unusable.
having to use landline for majority of calls unacceptable
phoned just now and just got passed to another department who cut me off.
can anyone help please

If you've been told it's the SIM card at fault I do find it strange why you haven't received a replacement.
