No signal for the last two days

Hello!

For the last two days I have no signal on my phone. I have been to a local Virgin store but they were unable to help me. At the moment I am unable to call you and an online Virgin chat is never available.

Also, tariff options are unavailable for me and they never were.

"Sorry, we don't have any available tariffs for you at the moment".

I would appreciate if you told me how to enable these options.

Hi Draak,

try entering your postcode into the EE service checker to see if there are any known faults in your area that might account for your lack of service.

You really need to speak to the Virgin Mobile team with regard to available tariff options.

Either by phone (789 from your mobile once it's working) or in store.

You can also use any other phone: 0345 6000 789

Hi AlexKid,

I've already tried service checker. I have no signal anywhere I go so it's no help to me.

I also know that tariff options are available to anyone I know (via website) but me so there is clearly something wrong about my account.

I'm surprised that none of the staff in a Virgin store were able to help.

What make / model of phone is it?

Are you able to try another working SIM card in your phone (to establish whether the fault lies with your phone or SIM).

Nokia Lumia 820.

Today I inserted the SIM card into Sony Z1 Compact to find out that no signal can be found. I put back an original SIM card (Virgin Mobile also) into Z1 Compact and now two of the SIM cards are receiving no signal. Both cards ask for PIN code and the phones ask for a network provider. No network issues in the area were detected.

EDIT: I had to manually choose network on Z1 Compact. Both cards are working, only the network has to be selected manually.

FINAL EDIT: It works now on Lumia 820 after I maually selected network on Z1 Compact.
