I've checked the masts in your area. I can see the furthest of 3 had a problem on the 30th. This may not have impacted you directly but could have caused a bit of congestion on the other 2 while other's re-routed through it.
I'm really pleased to hear you managed to get some signal back by performing a restart. How are things looking now? Is the signal any better?

If you continue to have problems with poor signal then I suggest contacting the team to see if there's anything they can do. The numbers you need are 789 from a Virgin Media handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
