Tried to phone support via the WiFi option and had a 20 minute less than helpful conversation with someone who could not understand British English accents. I even explained my password was based on the first letters of the words of an English nursery rhyme and she had never heard of it, no problem for Jack and Jill (not actually the one). Bring tech support back to UK even if it costs us.
The thing here is, VM use EE network..I have a personal phone on VM and a works phone on EE.
The VM phone has 3 bars signal...the EE on 5 bar signal..
The VM phone uses 'H' service, the EE '3G'
The VM phone takes 1/3 LONGER to load the same webpage as the EE one!!
VM SAY that EE is not throttling VM customers......Sorry???
My phones say they ARE...'H' is supposed to be FASTER than '3G' !! NOT 1/3 SLOWER...
(also, VM phone often drops signal completely whilst the EE gets a signal of 3 bars or more!!!! )
VM Broadband is a joke, their mobile service is rubbish, their 'customer service' is a total, complete and utter disgrace!! (And that's the UK one) the foreign ones don't understand English, work from a script, and put the phone down on you after 5 minutes, because they have no idea whatsoever.
