New phone arrived (Apple Iphone 7) from Virgin.
Requested old number be applied to new phone. Entered the new Simm and completed the download process. All my messages/wallpapers appeared and I was up and running.
This morning there was an Apple IOS update. I completed this and now the 'service' is unavailable. Cannot connect to Virgin or receive/make any calls/texts.
Connected to wi-fi so can email without issue. Please advise!
