No service on iPhone 5s

Why do I keep getting 'no service' signal whenever I want to send a text message?

Re: No service on iPhone 5s

Hi Mamacarr

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear about your issues with network service. Is texting the only thing affected? Are you unable to call or access the internet as well?

Many regards.

Dave

Re: No service on iPhone 5s

Hi Dave
It's just texting I can access the internet fine. When starting a text there is a small signal but as soon as I press send it goes to no service. I have to keep trying to resend over and over and wait for signal to come back

Re: No service on iPhone 5s

Hi Mamacarr

Thanks for the response, what sort of handset do you have? How strong is the signal you usually get where you are? Also do you find it happens in just the one place or multiple areas? Forgive all the questions I just want to get to the bottom of this for you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dave

Re: No service on iPhone 5s

Hi Dave
I have an iPhone 5s. The issue is mostly at home where the signal is usually just one to two bars out of five on the signal indicator in top left hand side of phone screen.

Re: No service on iPhone 5s

Hi mamacarr

Apologies for the delay getting back to you, I suspect your signal generally might be the issue here.

Whilst we always strive to provide the best service we can we can't guarantee full coverage indoors in all circumstances. Has it always been like this or has this only recently started happening?

Regards

Dave
