No service on VM mobile

No service on my daughters mobile all day - tried resetting & swapping sim to known good phone but no joy. Tried calling VM and was on hold for 45 minutes only for someone at VM to hang up the call !! - not impressed at all ☹️ Please can some advise if a known issue or likely to be faulty sim? Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry to hear your daughter had no service on her mobile.

 

If you have another Virgin Mobile in the house, and this is working fine, then it would suggest the SIM card is faulty.

 

Has this been resolved since posting?
