No roaming signal

Hi all,
I activated roaming on my account a few days ago and I'm now abroad, but have no signal. When I look on my account, roaming is set to off again. I've tried activating it a couple of times but it just switches off again. I've tried getting in touch with virgin via the website, but there is never anyone available for online chat. Does anyone have any tips for getting in touch?

Hi Jennyb22,

 

as a Pay Monthly customer you need to have been with Virgin Mobile for more than three months to have roaming active on your account or a deposit may be required.

Could this be the reason you are having a problem?

If you can borrow a phone to call Virgin Mobile. Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967.
