Yet again Virgin failed me!!!! First even though my roaming was on and according to call centre I was "ready to go" i had no signsl for nearly three weeks while abroad! I have spent huge amount of money trying to call from another phone only to be cut out after 10 minutes- twice!!!! Thiird time the lady said..." I don't know why it isn't working..." So this time I called before my holiday,the nice lady "sorted it out" again as apparently it needs resfreshing,she asked when I'm going and said happy hoilday". Guess what ,it doesn't work AGAIN!yet another week without phone!!!!!!!is this a joke? I can't afford to call from another phone ...again only to chat to someone who wont be able to help! I'm soooo cross and disapointing. Will have to cancel my contract as it is unaccteptable!
