No network

I cannot connect to virgin network. Keeps saying virgin network unavailable?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to connect to the Virgin Mobile network. 

Checking into this, I can see that you have called in and spoke with Customer Services. Has this problem been resolved for you?
