Hi, tried all the basics
ended up ringing Virgin help desk 3 times before it was sorted not by them but by my son who was looking at the phone. He manually selected Virgin as the network and it all sprung into life.

Sometimes a device doesn't default back to its previous network by default so that was a good shout.
