No network connection

Have just returned from holiday. Can't get a network connection.

Sorry to hear you have no network connection.

 

How is it today?

 

I would like to check your area for any known faults regarding this.

 

Have you tried the usual removing of the battery and rebooting the phone.

 

Let me know how this goes.

Hi, tried all the basics

ended up ringing Virgin help desk 3 times before it was sorted not by them but by my son who was looking at the phone. He manually selected Virgin as the network and it all sprung into life.

Sometimes a device doesn't default back to its previous network by default so that was a good shout.
